I have a friend who had some left over Truvada from Gilead and started taking it instead of descovy... I don't know if it's related at all or how different they are but his "lymphs absolute" tested higher than recommended 3.7 and later 3.2. Unfortunately, he consulted with Dr. Google and that scared the hell out of him, he'll be tested again next week.
