For those of you who travel to different cities at a time, do you charge a higher fee to compensate for your hotel and travel costs?

When I traveled I never did. But, hotels and flights were much cheaper then and I very much enjoy travel.

When was then? Have you seen what they are now? The pandemic has certainly created pockets of opportunity. I’ve seen hotels in Boston that were $200-$300 a night, going for $60-$80. Ditto in San Francisco. Hoping I can get to one of the power markets before the year is out. Or...before the vaccine comes out ? However, I’ve not seen any recent breaks on rental cars hardly anywhere. I have a card specifically for rental cars, but now it barely comes out because the prices have been so crazy, atleast in my region. May be different elsewhere.

If someone wanted me to come to their city specifically (vs. im already planning to travel to that city) Ive had them cover the cost of the hotel + flight and their time with me whether it is one hour or an overnight! Sometimes ill even have them cover the cost of one night and maybe ill stay in that city a few more days, out of my own pocket, if its worth it.

In the late '90s and early aughts it was easy to get $300 flights LAX--JFK and the Chelsea Savoy and Waverly Inn were $125.

Tried it and didn't work for me. I only traveled with an established invite and didn't fool with the day-earlier, day-later to see other clients. People are flaky and I totally get why many escorts get pissed at clients who cancel at the last minute for some BS (no, your goddamn grandmother did not die so don't even try it and even if she did you should have planned for a different time).
