There have been similar cases documented on here before, I only know about this one because is local. Unfortunately bad apples happen in all activities but the combination with easy money, and PNP is always a disaster.

Please don't assume that. I actually have similar scars and they are simply from a bad circumcision that caused a (non-STD) skin infection when I was a baby. I've had them my whole life.
