Definitely an interesting word choice. Sounds like he may be a non native English speaker....or someone who is really young.

 

I've stopped hiring escorts who are under ~23 because so many of them are not particularly articulate, so maybe the phrase has some meaning after all- if there is nothing worth listening to.
