For guys who do the escorting part time to their studies while in school and do not report it as income, are they still eligible for this economic stimulus? I wish it were, so I could recommend it to one of my regulars.

Keep dreaming.

The struggle will be the self employed angle.

I'm in Nevada (Vegas) I got denied because of no w2 income and being self employed, even while the online application had boxes to indicate self employed and affected by Covid 19. I got sent an employer validation paperwork however.

Going to try and Wade through the phone system tomorrow to fix the situation or find the proper course of action.

Here the online portal used to apply for "normal" unemployment benefits had to be modified (or supplemented) to handle self-employment situations. They announced upfront that would lead to delays for those people. One self-employed friend told me a few days ago that the system was not yet working for him. Different from a denial, I know, but cause could be similar. Good luck!

Hi guys - I'd like to get this thread back on topic. I came in here to see, not so much if people are seeing masseurs, but how are they handling tension or plans for future massages.

I have approached a couple of my providers - they both state sanitizing the massage rooms and wearing masks. I'm just still very weary. I see my elderly parents at least 1 or 2x a week and therefore haven't seen a Masseur since this all started. I bought a trigger point, self massaging tool off of Amazon. It has made my back feel a bit better. But oh do I miss the touch of another human, especially being single. I have the effects of PTSD and use massages (both naughty and therapeutic) as a part of my way to alleviate some of the stress. I guess once we have more availability to testing, we will have more confidence in alleviating social distancing?

Anyway, for the providers that need help in navigating unemployment and other related funding - I definitely think there should be a thread on it (or may be there is in another section).
