A lot of postings have a broken picture symbol. Is there something wrong with my browser, or are they expired links? It's especially disappointing when there are salient comments on a pic i can't see.

 

I agree with you. I've wondered why that might happen because many are my posts that can no longer bee seen. Frankly I don't know what to do about it and why some disappear while other's don't!

this recent post of mine https://www.companyofmen.org/threads/some-good-ol-boys.116068/post-2096571 has one full-frontal nude in it (picture 2 of 4), which is showing, for me, as a broken-picture in Google Chrome, but is visible in Firefox......so it MAY??? have to do with browser choice......however, all the broken-pictures in this and other nearby posts of mine in that thread are ONLY full-frontals I found at a particular website......so, I'm wondering if there is, instead, some coding in the pictures that determines whether it can be "borrowed" from certain websites and pasted in another website.......

 

I think this has been discussed before in the forum....I'm not techy enough to know the answer

The message forum runs under https (secure protocol) and for me, at least, won't display images under http (without the 's', non-secure protocol). For what it's worth, I use Chrome as my browser. If you right click on the broken image and open it in a new tab (which is outside the message forum) it displays.

 

Other images are just no longer where they were when the post was originally made.

I'm currently browsing on Firefox in Linux, and a good number of the pictures loaded.

I thought I'd start a thread for vintage men, guys you saw in magazines when you were young or on TV. I started to realize I was bi in my early teens obsessing about shirtless men. I'll kick it off with a guy who was in one of my first gay porn magazines in college.
