MARK DAMON IN THE EARLY 1960s.

Born Alan Harris (originally Herscovitz) in 1933, he'll be 90 next month. He won a Golden Globe for Most Promising Newcomer for his performance in Roger Corman's House of Usher (1960) before moving to Italy and becoming a notable star in Spaghetti Westerns. After more than 50 films, he quit acting and reinvented himself as a pioneer of the foreign sales business and one of Hollywood's most prolific producers.
