Danny-Darko Posted June 30, 2021 Share Posted June 30, 2021 Two more previously unseen pictures of John Davidson (one of my favorites). The top one is by Milo, and the bottom, I think is Bob Mizer. John had grown up on a farm, and could not wait to turn eighteen, so he could model himself, and join the marines. Bob Mizer took many photos of young John, just weeks before he was deployed in Vietnam. Mizer asked John to contact him again when he returned on leave, so they could do more photoshoots, and John said he certainly would. Sadly this was not to be, soon after the above photo was taken, John died suddenly en route to Vietnam, having contacted encephalitis.
