Agree - it’s standard for female and TS escorts but I’ve only seen a male request this a couple of times. It may be “reasonable” but I don’t think it’s very pragmatic. I think that for females it’s more of a measure for crazy/violent/deadbeat clients but it’s my guess that it doesn’t do a whole lot legally that you can’t do in less invasive ways.

Poor kid is probably new, being coached by a female friend who is totally clueless about the dynamics between male escort and male client. A few random thoughts, not in any order of importance.

First, realizing there is type for everyone and everyone has a type, there is pretty small market for this physical type i.e. balding and average that you can find everywhere, he needs a better marketing approach.

Second, if meant to be humor, fails.

Third, if meant to be humor, bad idea to mock a potential client's need for discretion.

Fourth, if meant to be humor, bad idea to mock the increasing number of scammers working this field and clients wanting some assurance the provider is who that say they are.

Fifth, if not humor, and he is serious about wanting verification of potential client's identity, he needs to get real and stop wasting band-width.
