I should've been more detailed in my previous post. In regards to NYC, it's pretty much been my second home most of my life. With that being said, I know Manhattan is HUGE. Which is why during my recent stay, I got a hotel for the 1st time (central based in Manhattan) instead of hosting at my house.

In most cases the MTA should be fastest option moving through Manhattan but its reliability is sub par (evenings and weekends even worst). The reputable providers I booked (located in Manhattan) either walked or took the train. Obviously there are certain circumstances in Manhattan where IMO Uber is definitely the 1st option: late night bookings, weekend bookings.

To each their own, I guess it was just off putting when contacting potential providers in my general area and they added a round trip Uber on top. Different cities, different cultures, different factors.

I understand your point but considering so many complains about escorts who don't show up and clients who play games, Ubering someone to you is a clear sign to him that you're interested, respectful and proactive. Is also a way to know he'll show up when you want him.

Btw in Manhattan most of the time subway is king and is the fastest way to go anywhere.

I had someone tell me that they do not take the subway..ever...so I asked if there was a reason not to...I had to laugh...He said I don't like getting dirty...Weird I thought..I always take the train...even up to Westchester...or if out of town I like getting somewhere quick without traffic jams....London would be impossible without the tube...

So..NO I will not pay for you to come to work to collect $300 for one hour...Bye Gurl!
