Oddly, this is probably the best publicity the "Miss Teen USA" pageant has ever had. I wasn't aware it was even still going on much less on TV. Were you?

 

I'll also admit I'd be a bit flummoxed standing close enough to Mario Lopez to grab a handfull of butt but not be allowed to do so. There's no damn way to predict what might come out of my mouth.

 

On the "Today" show, today, she said she just lost her head for a minute. I can believe that.
