Spunk at the Monster last night...

Hadn’t been in a while. So thought I would write a review. Not much has change... $10 cover... was there after 11 not sure if there is a cover before. LD are $5/min... so that was different ... thought I remembered it as $20 per song... oh well. Still at least 30+ dancers there at one time... and up to 40 overall... in and out through the night. Had a dance with Javier and Maravilla... not at the same time ... they understood that I just wanted a chill time and kept it relaxed.many of the the guys a very aggressive on the floor and behind the curtain... I find if I don’t tell that what I am looking for they give me what I think I am looking for which is some hot and heavy grinding session.. I even paid one of my dancers “chair fee” to the club cause he was so good. Any who... think oh checking out friends tavern in queens tonight or tomorrow. Will let you know.

$5 a min in the booths. Not per song. There is a timer. Best if you specify at the beginning the amount of time you want to spend with them. I think this system is good cause there is no guessing. The time on the iPad tablet shows time and $ amount.

That lapdance timer sounds like a very good answer to the oft-told stories of "number of songs" disputes. Less worry for some patrons with the accumulated fee visible at all times.

I should have said they do charge $5 to go in the LD booths initially. They give you a wrist band and don’t have to pay the rest of the night to go in the booths.

The website for spunk @ Monster on Thursdays indicates you need to buy tickets and I find it's often sold out even a couple months ahead of time. Can you still show up and get a dance?

If you sign up for their text list they’ll send a link of most of the dancers expected to show and reduces the cover charge to 5 before 11 or so.
