Actually, most large supermarkets sell premixed Red Lobster biscuit mix - When you prepare the premix biscuits, it is hard to tell the difference from the ones from the restaurant versus the ones prepared at home. I suspect the restaurant uses a premixed package for serving their biscuits in the restaurants.
