Wish he would come out to Vegas

Exactly what I've been trying to explore with him in RM and Skype messages, but no responses. In post #10 of this thread, Gymowner said that Daniel-Joey "calls vegas his second home." So I had my fingers crossed.

Even though I live in Minnesota, four of my five muscle worship sessions have been in Vegas because it's great to combine muscle with the general fun of the city every once in awhile.

Last I heard he was in MO but certainly open to travel. For me there is limited appeal, because he’s very limited in services offered. And despite his good looks, I don’t dig the rough role play. He’s really a sweet guy and not convincing as anything else, at least not to me.

Daniel Carter doesnt do much of anything guys. I cant see you guys really being happy with him. Stick to the vids. There is a client out there he is perfect for. That client has money to burn and truly doesnt want much more than worship. If that is anyone on here please raise your hands.

At least he knows that Kansas City is in Missouri...

Tell that to the 150,000+ population of Kansas City, Kansas, the third largest city in Kansas. It's in both states.

Back to Daniel Carter - here is the bottom line: you can touch him, underwear stays on, no recip. I wouldn't pay more than $20 for that, so I didn't ask for rate.

Technically, "it's" is not correct. Kansas City, MO and Kansas City, KS are distinct entities. One is a subset of Missouri, the other of Kansas.

In any event, the reference is to the Chiefs, who are the team for Kansas City, MO. The President didn't get that.

I don't understand why you put quotes around "it's"?

I recommend that you visit Kansas City, KS. You will find more Chiefs bars than you can shake a stick at. Having lived there for 5 years, I can tell you that residents do not consider them distinct entities. Yes, we have different mayors, but that is just an administrative necessity since the state border line was drawn on the river. Our city councils have legislative exemptions to circumvent the national laws regarding commerce across state lines. I lived in Missouri but commuted to Kansas every day (KS is where the industrial centers are). I chose to live in MO because there is more to do there. That being said, President Trump should have just tweeted Kansas City or the great states of Kansas and Missouri. It was weird that he just congratulated Kansas.

Back to Daniel Carter - Not sure if that's always his rule, but I'm sure it would be an additional upcharge for removal, and then you're not going to do anything but look at it. I thought it strange given his minor porn history that he would be so rigid, but it may have to do with a gf or something. Not sure. Also, this was more than a year ago, so perhaps someone should inquire for a possible policy update.

I put quotes to isolate the word on which I was commenting. The "administrative necessity" is fundamental law. Cities are creatures of the State in which they are located. It's the State that has the power to determine whether the city can incorporate, lay taxes, provide services, run schools, collect trash, police the streets and fight fires. In the U.S. Constitution there are two levels of governement -- the federal government and the states. Cities, towns, counties, etc., are all derivatives of their particular State.
