I've reported a few of these ads directly to RM, or I have sent the information to pic owners so that they may contact RM on their own. I also reported the two dubious clients with suspicious reviews mentioned on this thread, and they are now gone as well. I don't know that RM is vigilant, but they are responsive.

Photo 2 of 4 appears to be altered and makes his arms appear laughingly bigger than in the other pics. Pic 4 looks to be of a completely different person.
