What is wrong with the actual Fleet enema? Is it too harsh? Sorry to be so naïve ...

I think the Fleet enema is fine. Just rinse out the saline solution. The best option is on of those hanging enema bags. It’s also useful to hop up and down around 30 times so the water circulates.

Ummm. Hopefully you shower after the douche is complete. Go to town with some mild soap and water. Clean is king, but it doesn't hafta smell like a soap factory.
