...I don’t know, that’s in ALOT of profiles and I don’t think those people would consider themselves “fetishist” per se. By definition a fetish is usually associated with a particular object, item of clothing, part of the body, etc.

And while the definition that follows does suggest an “irrational” dedication to a particular thing, most people have reason and understanding as to why they love bb sex (if you want to define it is a thing and not an action).

I’d go with the latter definition simply because things which are fetishized are usually taboo. Bareback sex is no longer taboo. Hence condoms slowly dissapearing in gay porn (because times have changed). I don’t foresee everyone getting pissed on or licking shoes in gay porn in the immediate future. Those are fetish specific sexual acts. Get it?

Sure.

I've played in the power exchange for years. I'm in the midwest. I once knew a guy in California who had financial power over me. He had access to all my accounts. He'd give me an allowance, etc. We never met. It really was a complete thrill. It lasted 2 1/2 years.

The alpha/sub kink/lifestyle was and maybe still is a big thing on tumblr. It’s huge on niteflirt.com (paid phone sex).

Back when I was hanging out in that space, there were taxonomies of submissiveness, with “bottom” at the top of the list (least submissive) and then sub, slave, faggot, owned faggot, etc. I forget the actual order. In any event, one end of the spectrum was total physical, emotional, mental, and financial surrender and devotion to the (theoretically) straight “alpha.”

The cash-rape scene is real. While not the usual fetish, there's a market for guys who look/talk the part to profit from gents who get off on it.

The enduring caveat remaining: Never forget that just because you're playing the dominant role doesn't mean you can't easily be replaced. Read the room, know when to back off and don't piss off your golden goose.

That reminds me that it’s the bottom whose really in control in consensual kink scenes.

Yes, I'm currently in another similar, though not as thorough, situation with another guy online.

I find that for me, it's feels natural. And I'm not sure why. ?

This seems different from the straight guys who belittle and humiliate their slaves into forking cash over. It seems there's a deep trust here. Yes you have a financial dom, but you have set limits and can trust him to respect your limits.

It can be very sexy to place yourself in a situation where you have a man telling you what to do. I like being told what to do by a studly, straight trainer. Partly because doing what he tells you to do is the most effective way to work with a trainer, but also because it's sexy to have a Muscleman telling me what to do.

Neither the one before nor the one I'm in now was mean of belittling in any way. And trust is huge. It's why the first guy and I didn't work out. He made a promise he couldn't keep.
