Although I haven't stayed there, I'm told the most active place is CCBC in Cathedral City. Some of the more upscale places, like InnDulge, tend to be patronized by couples looking for a new place to have sex with one another and an occasional discreet threesome with another guest or escort, not places for lots of young studs looking for promiscuous encounters. If you are interested in hiring a traveling escort (like Rick and Derek), why not find out where HE is staying, and stay there? Winter (Nov.-Mar.) is high tourist season, but it can be too cold for outdoor activity at night, particularly if you like to cruise around the pool (when I went out to walk the dog early this morning, the temperature was 38). On the other hand, summer is usually too hot (it can be up to 125 degrees) for outside activity during the day. I would recommend the shoulder seasons for a mix of daytime and nighttime fun.

I stayed at La Dolce Vita when I was in Palm Springs back in April. It pretty close to the downtown area and about a block or two off one of the main roads. Here is the link for the site http://www.ladolcevitaresort.com/ The rooms are nice, the grounds super clean and owners are great guys.

Hugs,

Greg

A day on two wheels is better then a day on four.

I don't think any of them can be "best" for everyone.

Just be aware that with some of these properties the term "resort" is loosely applied. Some of them are more like a cross between a gay-owned Howard Johnson's and a bathhouse.

Some of them are really opulent, others are more spartan. Also note that some of them are "themed". If you're not into leather, the Chaps Inn probably won't be your cuppa. Black Palm is all about fetish: you can have a room with a medical theme if you like. Some of the properties are "party hearty" and others are more quiet.

Most of them have websites that will give you an idea of the property's "feel". Pick the property that best suits your temperament and your goals for the visit. There's something for just about every taste.

I've stayed in many of the clothing optional places & in my opinion, for the best action, it's the Inn Exile......Lots of outdoor actin (regardless of weather), open room doors/shutters.....

Trying a new place this trip (Dec 8-11th)......will report back.

All the best;

Ace
