Most likely fake pix. Stopped responding to my texts when I asked for a selfie with a victory sign. Whenever an escort asks 'where did you see my ad' and offers a sliding scale of rates depending on where you saw the ad, most likely you are talking to a man behind the curtain and not the escort himself.

When I first saw the OP I followed the link, got very excited and requested access to Billy’s private pictures, which he granted promptly and with this message:

 

I’m avail and horny now it’s $300 text me I can host in Hollywood

Then I read the other posts, became disallussioned, opted to have a bit of fun and responded to Billy with:

 

Sorry, I’ve since learned you’re a flake. We clients are a small, connected community. You’d be well advised to understand the value of honesty and good client (customer) service.

 

To which I received this reply:

 

Dude last night my tire popped and then my key fob didn’t work so it’s been a tough two days

That reply from him suggests to me he knows he flaked on someone. Maybe?

I got the impression from comments above that when asked he wouldn't provide "verifying" pic's of himself and the suggestion was "he/someone" was potentially using "fake" Pic's, not that he wouldn't meet a potential client.
