I am not sure if all offer but the place I went holds group sessions, weekend retreats and then the one on ones with a yoga teacher which you can pair with a massage and bath if interested.

Yes and yes. It was his studio and he offered either yoga or massage or combo. I took combo and it ended happily.

The naked yoga instructor that did the one on one here in STL got married and the new hubby put a stop to the private sessions. They still do mens group naked yoga-- but its non sexual.
