I was just reading about the billionaire that died in Paris during a penis enlargement operation, heart attack. I was going to post it, but I figured it had been posted before https://www.thedailybeast.com/why-billionaire-ehud-arye-laniado-died-during-a-penis-enlargement

I did a quick search of forum topics using 'enlargement' as the search term, so not to repeat a thread, and found this thread.

 

The article had me thinking of two questions:

1. Why?

2. And, if you're a billionaire, if you're going to bother why wait until your 65?

Ive often wondered about this topic. Not out of self interest, but from a marketing perspective.

 

Herbs, creams, pills, devices... to increase dick size... or boob-size... strike me as the perfect example of caveat emptor. Someone must buy them... otherwise the manufacturers and advertisers wouldn't keep making them .

 

Although I haven't seen the ads recently, not long ago there were several tv ads, with b-list celebs or retired athletes touting the effects of wonder drugs. Network TV, where there is, presumably, a little more vetting for truth-in-advertising. The spokespeople never quite said it, but hinted alot and used language so the viewer inferred an increase in penis size. I wondered what those pills really did. Never suspected they worked. Never wanted to purchase. But was very curious as to the effects of the pills; there must have been some nugget of truth in the promotional language to avoid lawsuits.

 

Who is buying these things? Are there communities where people believe every piece of junk mail proclaiming they've already won a prize, believe phone calls that the IRS is suing them, emails from exiled royalty ready to share riches, and ads for a fantastic breakthrough supplement that will have you waking up tomorrow looking 20 years younger? And how can I find these people and link them to my ebay store?
