His style is a little too "1980s yuppie" for me (button-down shirt with the top button open, cuffs rolled up twice, t-shirt/wife-beater underneath), but I can see the physical appeal, at least.

It seems like a Gordon Gekko wannabe to me....but YMMV.

 

Why would you keep the top button buttoned if you aren't wearing a tie? Most people I know, when not wearing ties, keep that button open.
