Yes, that’s the same Roman aka Joe from Sean Cody. And yes he did retire. Those pics look to be the same ones he used during his run before his retirement. He may still have an incredible body but those pics aren’t recent.

There was an escort out of Chicago named Roman who did SC vids as Joe. He used to have a website and was very popular. He retired a few years ago. Maybe he’s unretired.

Yes. That is him! Wow! Romann was one of my first hires when I began this hobby. He was great back then. He used to be famous for his complete custom leather outfits (sailor whites, CHPS uniform, etc.) which he usually wore back in the day to the PS get-togethers! He was voted Daddy's Escort of the Year back in 2007 or so, too! He has indeed been retired for a number of years. He actually has a birthday coming up in a few weeks (as his ad states, he is a Leo!)

WOW! I just reread a review I had written that was posted in November 2010! I compared him to the Sears catalog... LOL! Sears was known for Craftsmen Tools and instituted an ad campaign touting the “Softer Side of Sears”. Well Romann was noted for his BFE and softer side. My review explored the “Darker Side of Romann”. Well it brought back some nice memories! Great guy... he was very kind to me and I am sure others as well. I wish him the best of luck on his return to the business. And yes! I sm sure he still looks quite together,

 

Plus as @TruHart1 notes he had some great leather outfits... and did make a splash at PS with his white leather sailor outfit. Also, he had a hot black leather jock... he wore it well!

I remember that 2010 review of yours @whipped guy. It was one of the many great reviews about him I read here on Daddy's reviews at that time which helped me decide to meet Romann on my first escort-centric Chicago trip back in 2011 or so.

@TruHart1 ...Perhaos I am getting nostalgic, but I recently spoke with a former poster and he thought that the era ca. 2010-2012 was the golden age of the forum. Posters have come and gone in the interim, not to mention escorts as well. Therefore it is with much pleasure that I rekindle memories of Romann not to mention former posters such as NYTomcat, doitb4ugo , Leighbesstoad , and the inimitable JTBrooklyn... plus many others! However, times moves on and things change... we must live in the present and make the most of it... and the present ain’t chopped liver... so enjoy t9 the max!

WOW! Romann was my very first hire ever when he lived in the West End of Dallas. At that time I thought a C-note was incredibly expensive. Sadly he moved to Chicago a month after our get together. One of my best hires......EVER! Trips down memory lane are good for the soul. :)

You mentioning his emotional reaction to a performance of Norma reminds me of the fact that he was extremely happy to attend Chicago Lyric Opera's entire season this last year and to often comment on his favorites to me. Between you and I, @whipped guy, and perhaps other clients/friends he has met, he has really turned into an opera connoisseur. Raul is a true Renaissance Man in the best sense. Who else could discuss Ada Lovelace (credited with being the first computer programmer back in the early 1800's!) and the architecture in different Chicago neighborhoods so effortlessly?

Not that I'm planning on hiring him, but has Raul retired? I don't think I've seen an ad for him on RentMen. And his reviews don't seem to be available on Daddy's anymore.

I have no idea why all of RGM's reviews have disappeared from Daddy's reviews. Since Raul has become not only one of the favorite escorts I continue to see over the years on a regular basis AND a great friend, we stay in touch. He is quite happy and doing well in Chicago these days and though he has not renewed his ad on Rentment or his masseur ads lately, he's not retired and he is still keeping busy seeing his regulars in the Chicago area and his many visiting regulars who believe along with me that he is one of the best escorts around! I look forward to seeing him quite soon, myself!;););)
