I’m not a fan of the open space design, I prefer rooms to be sectioned off by doors or hallways. It’s nice, and I wish I could afford a house like that, but I don’t think I’d ever spend that kind of money even if I made twice of what he makes. I’d rather donate much of it to animal shelters and humans in need (I wont give to charities, rather I’d buy the food and clothes and hand it out myself).

I’d also like to buy a small farm, nothing huge, just enough for 5-10 sheep and maybe two cows, and become a foster parent and help out abused kids in a safe environment. Hopefully, the farm next door would have a hunky farmer that is attracted to my rotund figure.

It's impressive, but I'm curious about, when he already has a $21 million mansion, why he would want to purchase a $23 million mansion in the same neighborhood. Perhaps he is thinking in terms of real estate investments.

The newest was bought late last year and the other he's owned for several years. He's been a resident of Los Angeles while playing for Cleveland.

The style is not modern, either, despite what the bidness channel says. It’s called transitional.

"Transitional" from what to what?

So tacky. The gold, the black and white marble on the kitchen counters and the bathroom walls. If you're going to put up with the upkeep that marble requires, at least get the highest quality.

Probably one of the most well executed homes in terms of style, flow and comfort...not much not to like

For 23M, I'd prefer more subtlety. Something about the combination of marble and modern doesn't mix for me. I prefer the overall style of the Doheny house above.

Prices are once again going sky high and will be settled by the next Recession brought on by the administrations deregulation push.
