According to the Mirror in the U.K.:

Tom Cruise yesterday revealed his latest bizarre mission...

Read the whole story (providing you have a strong stomach) at:

I really used to like Tom Cruise. But, lately... :-(

Edited to remove info that Lucky found too graphic. If you want more details, read the whole story. But, you're warned that it's gross!

With that nutcase, nothing would surprise me. Next he'll be promoting chocolate shakes made from baby doodoo!

I've been saying for a couple of years now, he's more whacko than Jacko.

Now that's gross. Does he think it will turn him straight?

If you're referring to what I think you're referring to (starts with "pla"), that was on the Daily Show last night, but even Jon Stewart admitted he was only joking about that. He doesn't really plan to. It was a joke! But people are believing it because he's done so many things perceived to be strange as of late!

I certainly hope Tom Cruise was not serious. But, how does Jon Stewart know it was a joke? Just because Stewart said so that doesn't make it so. :-(

You've got that one right on. His actions for the past couple of years have left most sane people scratching their heads. I totally agree with the previous post that he's more wacko than Jacko or that religious nut from the Branch Davidian in Texas (the wacko from Waco).

Just out of curiosity, can anyone watch his movies anymore and honestly not think of his personal life? I really used to love his movies but I just can't get past his off-screen actions and embrace his on-screen characters.

See, you're making unfounded judgments on flimsy "what"?, "facts"? Not that you or anyone else, has the right to judge others!

What's so damn disgusting about eating a little placenta, anyway??? Isn't it a natural food? And one that many are railing to have harvested for stem cell research? People drink piss, eat shit, stick their tongues up disease ridden assholes, eat diseased raw fish, so, eating a little placenta is abhorrent????

I don't give a shit about the private, repeat, private lives of "celebrites", whether they are actors/royalty/politicians or any other people! A movie is just that a movie, and as such, I enjoy the movie, or not, without one single thought about the personal lives of the performers, as reported by the media.

Cruise, himself, said he was joking but that part was left out of most reports. It's to Jon Stewart's credit that he left it in.

I decided about after his rant on that talk show (the one where he tore a strip of off the host - I think it was Matt Lauer) that I would never plunk down $10 bucks to see any of his movies again. I know that isn't going to affect his paycheck but it allows me to keep more of mine!

Only exception - if he appeared starkers throughout the whole movie. Like that's ever going to happen........... Oh well, his ass is getting pretty fat these days so it probably better that he keeps his clothes on.
