At one time I had a jacked up 4 wheel drive Ford Van I used for river runs. 7 inch suspension lift, 4 inch body lift with 36 inch tires. I sat almost eye to eye with the 18 wheelers. YOU would be shocked how many times I passed someone on the freeway, or pulled up next to some guy at a stop light and looked down and saw him jacking off or getting a blow job. Also in my 20’s, I used to jack off on long freeway drives.

In Georgia there's a new "hands free" law regarding cellphone usage while driving whish permits only hands free usage to reduce "distracted" driving.

I suppose this might meet the "hands free" requirement, but maybe not so much the "distracted" part, right?

There is a certain stretch of I-90 just west of Ellensberg, WA that had an interesting affect on me. I remember more than once driving my VW in the eastbound lane and for some reason I would get a roaring hardon. Of course, I was in college at the time and erections came frequently and unexpectedly, but I always remember rubbing one off on the interstate.
