Maybe Im just an old dog and dont want to learn the new trick, but I find the new site very glitchy and not a fan of the new page layout. Hopefully they are working on the glitchy parts before we have no option of using the current version.

I always tip when the experience is tip worthy. We've all had the provider that doesnt put forth the interest or effort.
