I may be the minority here, but I would for sure explore my options.  Why - to help prevent this from happening to other people, and it may send a message within the area where he lives that this type of behavior will not be tolerated.  If it had been rape vs. disease infection would folks say you should still be quiet, and deal with it?   How about abuse - deal with that, or report it?
Working for a University and getting yearly trainings on sexual assault, rape, bias, etc. this would actually fall under assault at a minimum where I live.  I would also find it morally wrong for someone to intentionally misstate their status on any type of sexually transmitted disease.  To not know one is one thing, but to completely lie is another.  Yes, it is a very uncomfortable conversation, but that is part of being an adult, and taking responsibility and even more so in the line of work escorts do.  I would still expect to know even if it was someone I am just a "buddy" with.
I hope you can get some mental healing, as well as great treatment where you experience very little to no loss in the quality of life.  This is always a fear of mine, as well as any other STD/STI (and even though vaccinated, I'm still cautious in regards to COVID).  Wishing you the best.

Jayden is great! He gives a very good full body massage that is really, truly a massage. As others have said, he looks exactly like his pics, his apartment is immaculate, and he's genuinely a nice person - someone I'd like to take to dinner and socialize with. At least with me, the extras are limited to HE and lots of body contact, but those were explosively awesome.

I think it's best to use this rule:
If you've only met in private, only greet in private. If you've met in public, then greet in public.
I think you perhaps assumed his outlook on the greeting would mirror your own. I think it best to err in assuming he would want to keep what was private anonymous as well. I know I expect that from a provider. Unless you are told explicitly otherwise, to assume something to the contrary is in my view presumptive. To assuage your feelings that you should acknowledge him or anyone else in the future, you can instead walk by about your business and send a private text later. Perhaps then he might give permission to greet in public. I think this is an approach that respects his space and also your desire to say, "Hello."

I hired him a few times for massage. His pictures are true to his physical appearance. Eventually I stopped engaging him as I felt he was "detached" during the session. I never had the experience with any other person I hired.
