  1. Step 1 complete. I’m in Vegas, time adjusting and various other pursuits. Hopping over to PS Thursday. See yall soon. 🥰
  2. Utilities and telecoms did well on Thursday, as safe havens, but they were hit yesterday, as people realize this may go on for awhile, and they are selling winners to raise their cash piles.
  3. It will show up on my 13F when I file with the SEC by Aug 14. 😂
  4. My portfolio is vastly under-weighted in equities. Sold alot at the end of 2024, and again in January and February, parked the proceeds in online savings, money markets and bonds, The market rolled over at the end of February, and I could sense pain ahead. Also, a few stocks were insanely rocketing on no news. Like META, I didn't (and don't) own it, but the weeks long winning streak in that stock was completely irrational. So, I knew a deep correction was coming. I haven't put any cash to work on any of the down days, until yesterday. I bought small positions in big names right before the close. If Monday and Tuesday are bad days, I'll buy a little more.
  5. Futures point to another rout this morning. The smell of panic. Licking my chops over my shopping list....
  6. An hour is just a get acquainted interview. I've done that a few times when one of us was traveling or had schedule conflicts that made other meetings impossible. I just wanted to check the guy out. Otherwise, I can't enjoy an hour; as soon as it begins, I feel like it's almost over. I prefer overnight/multi-nights, although they are tricky as hell to pull off these days. I may be trying it again next month. 😋
  7. I did it once for a young guy (hot college golfer.....yummy!). It was pre-arranged to be apart of our session. After he finished working on me, he jumped on his table, and I worked him over front and back. He loved it, hard cock, arched back, lifted butt, spread legs, everything. He knew exactly what he wanted and when to make it happen. 😈
  8. Subpar, disappointing, going through the motions, just getting the job done, average, etc = no tip
  9. Investors were piling into it yesterday for safety, then this morning an exec opens his mouth and talks about strong competition weakening the current quarter's outlook, and everybody's selling today. Fickle and funny. Gotta love these execs making remarks at meetings about the material condition of the business rather than an actual announcement to the public. Frustrating that these kinds of comments to select audiences are allowed. I bought VZ in the mid/upper 30s and will continue to hold it as long as the cash flow supports the dividend, and 2025 appears to be OK.
  10. This sums up why I curtailed hiring years ago. Too many providers with too much "stuff" going on in their personal lives. I certainly don't want to pay to bring that "stuff" into my life.
  11. VZ is basically a bond. I own it for the yield, and will continue to own it as long as they have the cash flow to pay the dividend. Because of their debt load, I pay attention to their cash flow. If it gets dicey, I'll sell it. Their earnings report is tomorrow.
  12. I have a simple register with name, location, month/year, going back 25 years. I just reviewed it and took a sweet trip down memory lane. Most emails are deleted, although I kept a few of the best. Those from 2000-2009 were especially steamy. Back then, providers used email to create a scene/anticipation for the encounter before texting and messaging became common and ripped away much of the fun. But nothing I have compared to our dear friend Epigonos. His 3-ring binder was magnificent. 🥰
  13. If I cut and run, you will find me in Grenada, Nicaragua. It's wonderful!
  14. How can we possibly top last night? A stop in Stillwater will do the trick.....
  15. Traveling along 40, but we did enjoy a drive and dine in town on 66.
  16. Tucumcari is lovely this evening. 😋
  17. Sorry I missed this year's event. I had a travel conflict last week. I love your reports and was privileged to be phoned by samfitzpatrick yesterday while he was lounging around the Inndulge pool with sfwestcoaster and mikecarey. Sam updated me on some of the participant's naughtiness and the talent that strutted around the pool. 😘 Sounds like I missed a good time. 😁 Hope to see y'all again soon!
  18. Great news! My travel companion and I arrived in PS. Rain.....rain.....go away. BTW.....heaviest rain here for the entire 2200 mile trip. Haha!
  19. Just a short commute to PS today. From sunny Phoenix to rainy PS. I think our reward will be tomorrow. 🤗🤗🤗
  20. Albuquerque is sunny and mild today. It feels wonderful. The trip has been easy peasy so far. 🤗
  21. Welp....I pulled out my travel bag; it's time to pack. Flying to Columbus Friday, and y'all know what that means.....the westward migration is drawing nigh! 😃 Looks like it's warmer up yonder this week than last. Thanks Oliver and SamFitz for turning on some heat prior to my arrival......😋
  22. For many years, our dearly missed Epigonos and I would leave his home in Orange County around 10:00-11:00 AM on Friday of the event weekend, which has often coincided with Coachella. We always arrived in PS in less than 2 hours. Note: Epigonos never feared speeding tickets. 😋
  23. Thanks y'all for the shout out and well wishes. And yes, @Oliver and I plan to drive across the country again in January, from O H........I O......to the desert paradise. 😃
  24. Well shucks.....my prediction was off by 10 basis points...
  25. September CPI was released this morning. So I geeked out, crunched the numbers, and made my guess about the I-bond rate that will be announced November 1. So here's my estimate: The I bond rate will be 5.17%, but that includes my wild guess that the fixed component will rise from 0.9% to 1.2%. I'll circle back to this in 3 weeks and evaluate the accuracy of my prophecy. 😋
