I saw him and wouldn’t recommend for a massage.  He’ll try and up-sell you during the session if you see him for his erotic massage.  I asked for the type of massage I wanted when I reached out to him and he agreed… Long story short, it was a bait and switch's. I was out all within 30 minutes, including my shower. 
I thought about arguing my case but at the end, it would have been an uncomfortable waste of time.  
 
Maybe you’ll have a different experience, but with anything YMMV. 

There hasn't been any feedback about Glen after my initial post, so I went ahead and scheduled a 90 minute session with him recently, hoping it would go well.  Glen is great!  Communication with him via text and phone is easy, and he's professional, polite, and responsive.  His location is in a beautiful and historic part of Baltimore (parking was easy and quick) and he has a great setup.  About the massage, he is a trained masseur and is great at targeting tense muscles (even ones I didn't know were tense). I left with less discomfort, better mobility, and very relaxed.  He is straight-forward, charming, sexy, and sincere.  Glen is a real find, and I cannot wait to see him again in the near future.

I saw him yesterday and the experience was great. Looks like his pics. He was staying in a nice hotel near Dupont, and his room was warm and clean.  Great technique and pressure and good extras without the upcharge.  He’s a nice guy but may come off closed off to some, which I think is due to his Slavic background.  I’d definitely see him again.

I saw Max on his visit to Baltimore and I second previous reviews on him.  It was better than I expected and the massage was relaxing, sensual and erotic.  It was in a bed but the technique was strong and he checked in with me.  He was very generous with his time, body and space.  
 
I 1000% recommend and hope to see him again. Of course, everyone’s experience will be unique to them so YMMV. Also, one thing he told me was to not go in with expectations and just let things flow, which is what I did, and I had a much more enjoyable experience and then some. 

Any recent experience with Romka? I know he’s been around for a while and is always in the road, but could find much details on his sessions.

This guy is a complete scam. He will set up appointments and give false addresses. He may have some mental issues as well. Beware even talking to him.

He told me requires a 50% deposit. When I mentioned I didn't feel comfortable with that, he suggested I bring him a gift card for the amount we agreed on instead of cash, that I then would give him at the start of the session.  
Seems like red flags to me…
