Kaiser, in the SF Bay Area has it's PrEP patients on the honor system; we're expected to have tests run every 3 months, and we get a 3 months prescription in the mail; but there's no enforcement of having had the tests immediately prior to the refill. In San Francisco, *one* (1) nurse-practitioner was responsible for following up 3,000 patients, when I started. It's a good idea, and I think most people do it.

  16. I think the issue is that @whipped guy is citing URL's which are inside a paid, or membership area on website (e.g. str8upgayporn). So when Whipped visit, it works fine, but it won't for us unless we join and log in. Or, at least that's my best guess ... it's a '403 Forbidden' error and not a '404 Not Found".
