It's probably one of the most disgusting things I've ever had to try. I too have IBS (now in remission). The capsules are better than trying to add to drinks. I doesn't really dissolve like Metamucil. After trying a variety of natural and over the counter things, many of which where prescribed by my doctor, I found Senna Tablets work the best and they are natural and inexpensive. I take 2 Senna Tabs in the evening before bedtime. Also I cut out white breads and got used to a Sprouted Multigrain Bread. For some reason the fact the the multigrains are sprouted seem to make a world of difference on my system. Hope this helps. Feel free to ask me anything else. Best of luck!

Attractive man, but not one that I would classify as a "twunk". If here ever was one he's past the age to try to pass himself off as one. And $600 per hour??? I think he overestimates his appeal. I'm sure he'll find somebody willing to pay his prices but not many I suspect.
