To put things in perspective....there is a woman on my block on the UWS of Manhattan & she pays $923 for a 7 bedroom apartment. She is 53 & has lived there all her life. She inherited the apt. when her mother died a few years ago. At the time they raised it from $459 to $923. Meanwhile, in my building they (illegally) coveted two bedroom apartments to 6 bedroom apartments & rent the “rooms” to students at Columbia Univ. The price: $7500.00 per month.

And I bet those pictures are not even his.

It’s probably best that you look at the ads yourself & see who is here in NY in September. Maybe if you are lucky Clay Aitken or Skeletor will be in town.

Yes...I meant annual income is 40 times the monthly rent. . I have noticed that rents in Manhattan have dropped considerably since Covid. I am seeing some decent apartments on Streeteasy.com on the UWS for less than 2300 even a few for $1700 which until recently was rare.

There are several shots that reveal his Adam’s apple.

Dyed his hair blonde at some point...possibly.

The problem with these fan sites is there is only so much you can do & they become repetitious. Eventually people lose interest & stop subscribing. .Also it is really hard to find people you are interested in seeing if you only see a tiny picture next to their name. The few people I subscribed to I knew who they were so that’s how I found them. I’m sure there are others out there that I would like to see (for at least a week) but don’t know who they are or what they actually look like until I subscribe. Maybe if you have a couple of free videos on the top of your page you will get more traffic.
