Most of the ads in New York City are years old. Very few are recent. I would not trust anything I see on that site, but you might get lucky & find someone that is worthwhile for less money than Rentascam.

Another guy using pictures from grammar school & an ad that is full of contradictions. He says he’s 19 in the text, but lists 21 as his age. Even the reviewer says his pictures are dated. He claims he is 5 11 & he lists body type as :chubby?
