    I wan't bad at math by any stretch, but it wasn't my favourite or best subject. It is the one subject that I still periodically have nightmares about all these many years later. Always a relief to wake up from those!

    Male guests get the pull-out sofa (I don't have a guest room). Female guests get my room and I take the sofa. I guess I'm old fashioned like that. Fresh sheets and pillow cases for either. And a set of earplugs because I apparently snore. I really up my game by having an extra roll of toilet paper on the back of the toilet, and I might even make coffee. I'm essentially the Ritz.

    The 94 year old actor and comedian passed away at home this morning after a series of short illnesses. May he rest in peace.

    Hopefully you'll consider doing a review on whichever site you used. Things like that should never happen, and the potential for that is one of the reasons why I haven't tried massage. I can beat myself up enough as it is - sorry to hear that happened to you.

    True, but hydropower is still the source of about a quarter of Ontario's electricity, if I recall correctly. And I think it's definitely more than half for Canada as a whole, which is why I mentioned the majority. It might even be approaching 60%.

    Good for him - he seems to be approaching wellness in a pretty healthy way. Much better. than the slice and dice plastic surgery route that many people take to remain youthful in appearance. He seems to have the diet of a forager, so not unlike what our early ancestors would have eaten and what humans seem to be adapted for.
