He’s now getting 4/5 star reviews under that. This means he’s rebuilding his reputation to scam others again. Now that you have to be a premium subscriber to submit reviews on RM, it makes the system have less integrity. I hope everyone interested in this hobby visits here first.

Its called being greedy. Its also a sign they are not getting enough clients. I have spoken to providers who say they way more than their day job and they charge 300. I know another one that does 250 and he's living in a really nice apartment in Miami and going to college.
