I must say to everyone on the forum, since I published my post yesterday evening, your thoughts and empathy have been very cathartic for me. I was told while on the call they will call me this week to start the dispute process. To be honest, my hopes are not high about getting my money back, but, this forum is where I thought sharing my experience to protect others would give me some reprieve. I was disappointed when the post was just deleted without the moderator in question not reaching and asking to at least remove the personal information.
