It’s like trying to deactivate a ticking bomb and you got few seconds left. Too much stress, sweat and work for the money YOU about to pay him. Not the other way around. Hiring a guy should be thrilling, exciting, pleasant etc. not terrifying. IMHO rudeness is never hot unless you are really into it. 

This site doesn't survive on thoughts & prayers.
It's about time this site starts thinking like a business. 
I'm fully supportive of it.

Next time, ask for phone convo for such details. Nuance of intent can be lost in text. 

We moved it up to the afternoon so we weren't rushed for time.  Let me just say, I'm a happy camper right now.  Charlie is the real deal.  Sweet guy.  All the right moves.  Great conversation.  Highly recommend.
