I dont really wish to "pile on". But I have to agree with Mr. Nicholas. Merely because this is not your career doesn't mean that you can't be business like about it. If you want to meet, say "yes" and follow through. If you dont want to meet say "no". It really isn't that hard.
I had an experience similar to Harlow's with Hogan. I too contacted him two to three weeks in advance to arrange to meet him for an overnight in Dallas. I also made it quite clear that I was traveling to Dallas expressly to meet up with him. Initially we arranged to meet at about 7 pm so that we could have a nice dinner then an evening of fun. At about 4 pm he informed me that he had other plans which he had forgotten about and couldn't meet until about 10:30. I was not happy, but agreed nonetheless. At 9 pm he texted me and informed me that he couldn't meet up at all that night, but we could meet early the next morning. Again, not happy but we arranged to meet at 8 am the following day. I gave him all of the info regarding the hotel in which I was staying. As one would guess, 8 am came and went with no contact from him and no response to my texts. At about 9:30 am he texted me telling me that he had been waiting in the lobby of the hotel, tried to contact me but received no response. So, he left. Clearly bullshit, but by that point I was tired of dealing with him. So, I simply agreed that things did not work out and wished him luck.
He may be beautiful, but when I see his profile I now regard it as I would one of the many "European fakes" that appear on RM.......way too good to be true. Unlike the RM scammers he may be real, but if you can never actually meet him, then what is the difference?

I've never had the balls to make any overt moves like this. But traveling frequently in Asia I've had a few service guys who I think might have been reachable.
 
One guy in Siem Reap at a very high end hotel who was very sweet. I spent a lot of time chatting with him at the front desk. He was very service oriented and even accompanied me to a restaurant nearby so he could give the tuk tuk driver directions. Everyone else on the staff seemed to know exactly what was going on but I guess we were both a little too shy to go very far.

And a couple of very cute guys at hotel in Sri Lanka. I think the hotel employed mainly guys who were studying hospitality management. One was working mainly in the restaurant wearing a nice sarong that really showed off his ass. And the other did cleaning and other general tasks. He was adorable and I was quite smitten. I had to ask him to show me how the shower worked as it was oddly complicated. And he made nice elephants out of towels for me. If I'd been staying longer maybe I could have reeled him in.

I'm old school. I memorized this decades ago.

I think I can say "Lick my whole body" in Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Greek, Swedish, Finnish, Portuguese, and Hebrew. I forgot it in Mandarin, Russian, and Croatian but I'm sure I will learn it again. It's always good to be able to say, "Hi. Nice to meet you." in this friendly way.

With Google Translate on a smart phone, it's child's play now, one would imagine ?

I do not like this idea. A comment could be taken out of context, a Racist background could be fabricated by a personal enemy or competitor, and finally some people may have learning experiences, change their mind, regret their previous thoughts, and still be labeled as Racist when they are not one anymore.

Well after contacting Hogan recently I would say try to set something up with him only if you have a backup plan. Our meeting never took place. I noticed on his RM profile that he was visiting a beach not too far from me (3hrs).
 
Based on positive feedback from the forum I contacted him 2 weeks prior to make arrangements and he gave me his rates and details. He said he would be visiting friends and and couldn’t host. This should’ve been the first red flag. Usually when an escort is traveling on their own vacation to visit friends they’re less likely to stick to meeting up with a client. Still I didn’t mind getting room and spending the weekend if he flaked. Second red flag is he is very inconsistent responding to text messages. It may take him hours or even days. I hit him up before I hit the road just to be sure he made the trip and he responded an hour later that he did. I tried to immediately confirm a time but it was radio silent from there. Once I arrived at the beach he still didn’t respond even after I tried to call (went straight to google voice).
 
At that point I cut my losses and got on with my weekend via Grindr and shopping at the outlet malls. Great weather by the way lol. As I was pulling into my driveway SUNDAY afternoon Hogan sends me a text that he dropped his phone on the beach and he just got it out of rice.....OK
 
Look I get it he’s a 20 something that was enjoying a drunken weekend at the beach with his friends. I wish providers would just be up front and say nah I changed my mind I’m not seeing clients today. Makes things much simpler. If you met Hogan good on you but like I said earlier have a backup plan if wanna meet him.
