Thanks for the explanation. That is what I had assumed. The person I was trying to contact last logged in more than a week ago but his online status for at least five days has been now or within minutes whenever I check. I’m assuming this will be an easy question for providers but maybe not. I saw today a provider that had either a status of “now” which is different than “available now” or online less than a minute ago, but the last login was three days ago. Another person was last online a week ago but their last login was a couple months ago. How can the platform know you are online if you don’t log on? Do providers just log on and keep somehow refreshing for days? The provider who has been online now or within minutes all day hasn’t replied to either email or text.
