I’m not saying we don’t all need to be careful. I was scared before my 1st hire. I actually drove around the hotel parking lot a few times trying to look for police cars. But if you consider how much more frequently stings are done using female officers, then you most likely are on a lot safer ground. Also while nothing is certain, and any provider could be forced into participating in a sting, why don’t you look more at well-known guys? Constantly looking at unknown guys and wondering whether they are part of a sting operation would be very wearing on me. Gman

You’ve really never been to a health club/gym? I’m in horrible shape, but I’ve occasioanlly been to a gym although currently it’s been years. I think the last gym I went to had stalls. And what about bathhouses, most of them -or at least the ones I’ve been to-have open areas to shower. In junior high we were all around the pole. I remember they made us shower in 7th grade. I was a fat kid, and I hated it. Plus in 7th grade, the guys in competitive athletics still took normal PE. So there were some -albeit just entering puberty guys-in pretty good shape. After 7th grade, the competitive athletic guys had a last period PE just for them which then led directly to after school athletic practice. I don’t remember them being as strict on us showering when I was in 8th and 9th grade. And in 10th grade my last year of PE, I’m pretty sure the shower was open. But I don’t remember ever taking one. I probably should have. Soccer wasn’t an official sport in my school system. There was a soccer star who had to take regular PE. I don’t remember him being particularly muscular-but he was in my PE class, and I think he used to take showers. As for college, we only had a one year PE requirement. I took bowling and taekwando. I think the taekwando was off campus. But I never showered there even if there were showers available, which I can’t remember. Gman

I was windowshopping on Rentmen. I’m not hiring anymore, but no harm in looking-or so I thought. I then looked at my account-at the ‘Who Saw Me’ Section. An escort named Jamezdean from San Jose, saw that I had perused his ad. While I remembered seeing his ad, I wasn’t 100% sure that I had actually clicked on it. So I decided to look at it. When I clicked on the link, it came up ‘Profile Unavailable’. Now I didn’t contact this ‘pornstar’ in any way shape or form. And I don’t think I really have anything offensive on my Rentmen profile. In fact I don’t think I really have much info on there at all. So I’m not really sure why he blocked me. I’m very befuddled. Gman

The only person I can think of right off the bat in all my years of hiring that I actually ended up hiring who wouldn’t give me his personal info and wanted to make the reservations himself was Steven Draker. That probably should have been a warning sign that I shouldn’t have done it. As for emailing the tickets, I usually cut and pasted the pertinent info and then emailed the ticket to the escort myself. If I had the airline send the email, it often had some of my personal information that I preferred not sending to the escort-things like my name and possibly my address. I usually had a nom-de-hiring name that I used with the escort prior to hiring. Once we actually met, I had no problems with telling them my name, but I was careful beforehand. Gman

In my experience, flights with layovers can sometimes cost as much or more as direct flights. As for whether you should book a layover, sometimes it’s necessary depending on where you live. For example, I once lived in Corpus Christi, Texas. Unless I was bringing someone to me from Texas, there was almost always going to be stopover in either Dallas or Houston. As for whether you should book a flight with a stopover when you could, book a non-stop, you have to gauge the expense vs the escort’s comfort. I certainly wouldn’t book a stopover of two hours or more unless I had to. Remember flying all day can be exhausting. If the escort is all tired out because of an arduous flight schedule, you are adding factors that might lead to a less than successful meeting. Take an average weekend hire. The escort comes in on a Friday and leaves on a Sunday. You are going to have less than 48 hours of actual face time due to flight schedules. I used to try to book flights on Southwest as if the guy didn’t show up, I could either use the tickets myself or get a refund. It’s more difficult even on Southwest now as if you don’t cancel the trip before the flight leaves, you lose the money. So I don’t know that there’s a good solution nowadays other than to use well-known guys-or to travel to them rather than bring them to you. Gman
