I attend film festivals here and have met the director of the Global Warming shorts. You Can't Curry Love was pretty good IMO. I liked it. He recommended DEKKOO to me back when it was newer. I added the DEKKOO channel under my Amazon account. IMO, searching for content on the Amazon DEKKOO channel is challenging, at least for me ?. I continue DEKKOO in part as my vote for LGBTQ content. There is a lot of worthy content there, IMO. Hulu has some LGBTQ content and is cheaper than DEKKOO, but you get commercials. You can always drop it if not satisfied.

Economics of fitness modeling and photography
+ E.T.Bass replied to Studsearcher's topic in The Lounge
No, these aren't comments he would post, though I do read other IG influencers that share personal stuff, this guy is a private and serious young fellow. And no, I am and will be acquainted through his personal training only. -
Economics of fitness modeling and photography

I am acquainted with a model/trainer on IG that flies to exotic regions where we see images of him swimming and hiking in beautiful surroundings. From time to time he flies to far off places such as the middle east to spend time with wealthy men. These are specific men he has known for a long time. No pictures of these trips are posted on IG. He never admits being paid for his time, which is no one's business anyway. To make ends meet he is a personal trainer and does modeling. One doesn't pry, but he makes comments how his expenses are a challenge sometimes. He has a large IG following. I understand that can help bring income but at some point he'll age out. Must be worrisome. -

Where Does The Time Go? Airplane!-The Movie Turns 40!!

Yes. Hollywood inserted him as the silly, camp, funny, ridiculous, manic, (Oh, I can make a hat, a broach, a pterodactyl...) gay character because that was Hollywood. But yeah, I support everyone's right to claim no proof he was gay. . -

I've seen the play Rapture, Blister, Burn about Schlafly. Was a Pulitzer finalist. One of my takeaway's was how I would appreciate a play about someone like her. For me, Mrs. America proves the same thing, how interesting such a portrayal can be. The cast is tremendous, e.g. Margo Martindale, John Slattery and on and on.

Where Does The Time Go? Airplane!-The Movie Turns 40!!
+ E.T.Bass replied to + Gar1eth's topic in Movies
I remember my Mom and her bridge club being so taken by the gay character, how funny he was. I didn't really get it completely, this was a stereotype of the harmless, funny, queen. They loved it. I was too young to know. When HIV came, my Mom mentioned this character from the movie. She didn't know much beyond TV and movies. -

Where Does The Time Go? Airplane!-The Movie Turns 40!!

According to the documentary The Story of English, African American variations of the English language are true dialects that in part trace back to Africa where English was first learned from the British, for example the expression "I be talking...." vs. "I am talking" is a figure of speech how English was learned in Africa. Also, the tendency to say "I aksed you..." vs. " I asked you ..." traces back to English in Africa, centuries ago. Though it is years since I saw the documentary, I recall there were isolated communities in the southeastern US where the old folk still spoke a dialect traced directly to African English. -
The movie was clever. Himesh Patel was so good. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JPRGjs5JcfE:73

For me, Justforfans videos seemed slow AF. But that was awhile ago. Maybe they've improved. Onlyfans seems easy to use.

Ran across this cooking show on PBS this morning. Made me want to head to New Orleans for good eats. Women chefs reflect diverse culinary heritage. Well done show! Found this interesting article on the show in The Advocate

I'd like to hire an escort. Came close during last PS gathering, but supply did not meet demand. If it's meant to happen it will. In the meantime I've had plenty of pleasure with masseurs and for now will wait out COVID-19 risk to end.
