Who would contact you...never knowing if some minor infraction would get their phone number posted on Twitter. You seem hellbent on destroying your opportunities to get clients from this forum.

    To put it simply, no.

I don’t know where this urban legend comes from, but it’s ridiculous to think any undercover operation in the United States could come to a screeching halt merely by asking someone “are you a cop?” The very notion of that is preposterous.

Note for the record here... I found myself with some time to kill. Johnny showed as Available Now on MF. I texted, he responded, agreed the 90 minute price, he sent address and on I was on my way. As I was walking there, I saw that he had texted 10 minutes earlier asking me to reconfirm. I responded in the affirmative and that I was almost there. He responded that he was no longer available.

I’m giving a little lee way here given the without notice setup, but I’m not overly enthusiastic about trying again.

The walls at Utopia never bother me.
I almost forget that they don’t go all the way up.

It’s so clean, pleasant, welcoming, and everyone is courteous. They offer beverages, have table shower options, and they take their time. It’s truly a relaxing experience from the minute you walk in, until you leave.

I’ve never had anyone upsell me. I would tell Jack in an instant if that happens. He’s good to his customers and would nip that quickly.

They also have a nice variety of masseurs there- all skilled to a degree and all Sexy.

Only other spa that has better accomdations is Super Mens but that is hit or miss with the masseurs AND they charge a LOT more.
Green house is nice too but I’m always bored of the masseurs there.

I’m thinking of going on Wednesday. I would not like an Asian masseur (only because all of the places on Long Island are Asian—so it’s very easy for me to do that here). How do you go about that? It seems from past posts calling for an appt. doesn’t work, and do you get to select your guy as a walk-in?

    Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You are correct, of course, which is why discretion is in order. I personally like to think (even if I’m deceiving myself) that: 1) the NYPD has better things to do; and 2) the owners have invested a lot of money into these spas, so I doubt they’d be willy-nilly with their business.

Interesting aside...where I live, every time they bust a “massage parlor” (really female R&T joints), they never arrest the customers. They arrest the staff, usually for practicing without a license (which is a felony in NY), because unless they’re in the room with you and can see “activity” in exchange for a larger tip (let’s say) they have no way of proving it in court.

I’d have done the same thing.
For what it’s worth, had it been some sort of law enforcement activity I’d wager there is no way that you would have walked away without being confronted. If they went to that much trouble then you’d have been stopped and searched for drugs or some other means by which you could have been arrested. I think that in these circumstances cops are like a hammer and everybody looks like a nail regardless of what actually happened. At a minimum you’d have been detained for a lecture and warning.

That’s the best part of any spa, just walk in! In three years, I’ve only been turned away 3 times because no one was available. And there’s a certain thrill going pot-luck.

Never ask customers for their age, pics or any personal info before meeting. If you want your customers to be a certain age, body type, etc you are in the wrong business.

This thread, indeed, has some fantastic tips.

    For right now, I’ll add:

Have realistic expectations of your client’s appearance. While you may get lucky and get an appt. with a hot gym body, most of the time, that’s not going to happen. Be prepared to deal with heavy, older, partially physically disabled men, etc. and treat them all equally, even if you’re faking it. As long as you’re good at doing that, you'll get repeats. And if you decide HE is appropriate, at least pretend to be into it. I hate when you look up and the masseur is looking away and/or looking bored.

Get a portable table. Personally, I will not hire a masseur who doesn’t have one. Whether it’s true or not, I always think to myself if he were legit, he’d have a table. Plus, I’ve had several on beds and despise it. I can’t get comfortable, and I can’t see how the masseur can be comfortable. Plus it takes away one of the thrills of a massage for me, which is when they get close to my hand (if you know what I mean). Beds are awkward for that.

Welcome to the Forum and its colorful, opinionated and wonderful members. Consider a road trip down I-35 to Dallas sometime. It’s a short 3-hour drive from OKC and I think you’d do well here. Or conversely, I need to drive up to OKC and enjoy the incomparable Habana Inn, the largest gay resort complex in the Southwest (a shameless plug, I know) and pay you a visit.

    Just some simple tips—

    1. An asking price of $250 is reasonable. Psychologically $300 can be a deal breaker for me.
    2. Don’t be a clock watcher. Giving a client an extra 15 minutes will increase your repeat business tremendously. Your client will think he’s found a deal.
    3. Many escorts I’ve met are obviously in it for the quick money. If you and your client finish the dirty deed after 30 minutes, lay naked in bed with him and make him feel like he’s got the biggest cock on earth, stroke his ego, whisper sweet nothings in his ear. Make your client feel important and that he’s the center of your universe. After all most clients hire for more than just flat out sex. They hire for intimacy, companionship and human touch. Why more escorts haven’t figured this out is beyond me.
    4. Do not attempt a triple salchow as your opening move. A simple lay-back spin will suffice.
    5. Word travels fast in this community and it can sometimes be brutal. It can also be very complimentary. Don’t be a flake, show up on time, don’t ask for compensation ahead of time.
    6. Don’t be afraid to tell a client NO. If you say you’re into something and you’re not the client will be disappointed and not repeat with you.

OK, enough of my mentoring. Good luck to you.

    P.S. Did Gushers restaurant close?

That’s definitely fair, and I would have no problem with that if I were hiring you. I was more referring to the people who specifically say they won’t send one. Those I will not hire.

Best of luck, and I hope you get to the outskirts of New York City soon! I would love to hire you.

Agree with everyone who says add a face pic or two. I’m with most...no face pic, no dice. I’ve been burned too many times where I’ve seen absolutely SLAMMING bodies, then they show up and the face is busted.

Sorry this happened to you. I know how frustrating that is. Unfortunately flakes and scheduling issues happen with escorts and clients alike. I don’t believe deposits would help clients in most cases but could just add another level of frustration when your deposit disappears too. Personally, I won’t hire an escort that requires a deposit.

If your massage is sensual, never say “you can finish yourself”, you’ll have no regulars. Better be strictly therapeutic if you really have the skills.

Do not ask “are you in law enforcement?” in your texts. It makes you look amateurish and implies you’re doing something illegal.

Aside from that, in spite of the widely held (and ridiculous) belief that a cop must tell you he’s a cop, he doesn’t. So there’s no point in asking anyway.

Already been covered but deserves another mention: “Going forward.” I don’t know when it entered the lexicon, but it drives me nuts.

Also, “so...” as the first word in response to a question:

“How long have you worked here?”
“So, it’s been about 2 years.”

“Did you come up with this product on your own and did someone help you?”
“So, my friend Jezebel and I came up with it.”

    Aaaargh.
