The Hilton and the Embassy Suites right there at the King St Metro station are good. The elevator requires a key card but you can use the app as well. Earliest train to DCA starts at 5:30am and its only two stops. Takes less than 10 minutes

I went for the first time last year and I’m going again this year. It’s a very large event with LOTS of people. even more than the official pride event that took place in June. I’d say if you go don’t show up until after 4pm simply because it can get HOT during the day and the heat might make you exhausted. It’s definitely not an open air sex event like Dore Alley in SF. Nothing like that at all but everyone is very friendly and open. You won’t see outright nudity but definitely feel free to wear something skimpy if you like. It’s like a huge block party, only it’s a half a mile long. Lots of vendors selling everything from cute things for your home to dildos lol. They crowd and the vibe is very friendly and there’s none of that stuck up attitude or out right discrimination you might get in West Hollywood. I’m 44 non-white and in decent shape and the Chicago gays have ALWAYS been fun and friendly to me. WATCH OUT FOR PICK POCKETS!!!

If you feel he’s worth double then you should have no problem paying him double. Kinda of a jerk move to tell someone their worth is and then turn around and ask for a discount. If you don’t want to pay his new rate, that you suggested, then you should move on to another low cost provider.

I absolutely love her music but she's done this more than once and it's become a problem. Last year she did a joint concert with Babyface in NYC and showed up over an hour late, only sang like 4-5 songs and didn't even want Babyface to perform. Not to mention she only sang the chorus to most of her songs and cut the show early.
