Yup that’s the way it is for me too. Funny thing is I’m in the age bracket that a lot of escorts want to work with...35 and up. I took both Pure and Metamucil and I think Pure is kind of a ripoff. Pure is very expensive and the results for me weren't that great. Metamucil on the other hand is much more effective for me. I use the sugar free orange flavored kind twice a day and it actually tastes great. I think because the psyllium is dissolved already when you drink it, it goes through your system better. I have digestive problems and I'm more focused on increased fiber intake more than anything else. My "morning routine" is much more productive so I know its working and I feel more relieved if you catch my drift. Personally I don't think either product is a douching replacement. I'm not a bottom but I do enjoy back door play personally and I can clean myself easily with a quick rinse.
