Weekends are a whole different topic price wise. There are a few hotels that stay the same....mostly the cheaper national brands. Also if you book government rate the Westin next to the eye ferris wheel stays low on weekends....probably the best weekend deal.

London Fall 2018 First Trip To Europe
+ tassojunior replied to thickornotatall's topic in The Travel Desk
For 3 weeks an airbnb is almost the only answer. See if the Tube has weekly passes and how much......the Tube can be expensive. There may be cheaper buses. London has had cheap private car services for a while in several of it's towns and Uber is still working fine. Knightsbridge, South Kensington and Gloucester Road along Cromwell are full of hotels for a reason. Very close to most things. Earl's Court may be a walk too far. The City on the East End and the South Bank are not as convenient. Camden Town north of the center is very trendy now and relaxed. Check what are the trendy neighborhoods now if you like mixed residential. There is the "house with guys " too in Earls Court... Villa Gianni.... https://www.boytoy.com/forums/topic/22611-villa-gianni-in-london-uk/?tab=comments#comment-128669 -
A good % of FLL tax money comes from bars. They will keep them open. This is vice-versa to what happens most places where a small suburb would ban or heavily restrict bars. Wilton Manors is unique.

Confession time. I'm past racist. I have never been able to get an erection for anyone with brown eyes. Ive tried and tried. Contacts work but that's a lot to ask of a guy. At least on the first date. I'm an eye-contact person and to me with brown there is none. (I have brown eyes).

Who would you hire for $500 for 1 hour?
+ tassojunior replied to marylander1940's topic in The Lounge
There are some boyfriends guys wish they could get down to $500 for every hour of sex. -
I wonder if any of the Bel Ami guys refused to film with RR. Very likely because they will only do bareback with other Czechs, never Americans. And having unprotected sex with RR is like having unprotected sex with 500 Americans. Plus they start at 18 and are done early.

A minute ago he finished filming a Bel Ami piece in Prague so this minute he's retired. Those of us lucky enough to get his IG to Prague saw Bel Ami paid for business class for him and Alam Wernik. And then Alam put his feet on the back of the seat in front of him.........going and coming. He's doing the QueerPlans.com travel with gay porn stars thing next.

It really is putting the cart before the horse. When you have a long-term developed affair with someone of course they are high on any list of whom you'd want to help. How I do it. To go to someone and say "If you'll develop a relationship with me I will leave you what I have" is not going to immediately peek the interest of any but the most hard-core who may not be beyond hastening the event. http://www.sandiegouniontribune.com/news/courts/sd-me-meza-sentencing-20171211-story.html Pamper them at first and then let the idea slip that you'd like to make sure they keep living this way. They'll start clinging.

Luggage: Duffle Bag or Suitcase for short trips?
+ tassojunior replied to Doe Be Doe's topic in The Lounge
They do randomly make people use the bag sizer at all airlines that have them (most do). Doesn't fit ? Counter check at up to $100. For both personal items and carryons, the issue is usually the size at the wheels. Many personal-item bags are advertised as 8" thick (the new rule) but at the bottom where the wheels are they are actually closer to 9". That stops it from going in the sizer no matter how hard you try to push or bend it. Carry-Ons have similar problems. Even if the bag you're buying says a certain depth, check it with a tape measure at the bottom where the wheels are. $100 surprises at the airport are no fun. European airlines lowered their carry-on limits to 8" depth a couple years ago and US lines are just catching up to that. Going from 9" to 8" has made a lot of money for the airlines in oversize fees, and fees are what the airline business is all about. -
I think a luxury of an anonymous forum is that people can seek experiences of similar situations without being public. Everyone's situation is different financially and you have to be clear what yours is for your experience to useful.

I mean in some states a witness is not necessary to a holographic will but having at least one makes proof easier. One with two witnesses is a regular will but if it is in the deceased's handwriting then if it fails as a regular will for some reason it probably will be valid as a holographic will. Generally, states that allow holographic wills without witnesses still want witnesses that the handwriting is the deceased's. Handwriting experts also do. Virginia law: There is an exception for a will that is entirely in the testator's own handwriting. Such a will is known as a holographic will and is valid even without any witnesses (though there is a requirement that two witnesses who are familiar with the testator's handwriting testify that the alleged will is authentic). The following states recognize holographic wills made within the state : Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming. wikipedia

Looking for Some Insight - Is This a Scam?
+ tassojunior replied to + quoththeraven's topic in The Lounge
Yup-----"Locals only, must pick up." -
Be wary of pre-nupts ! Many courts don't like to enforce them. There's an assumption the marriage would not have gone ahead without one which many courts consider coercion. Both sides have to have their own lawyers drawing them up, etc. Almost married with one then found out how troublesome and iffy they are.

"Holographic" wills are given much more weight because proving who wrote one is the major issue. In some states they don't even need witnesses at all and 2 witnesses is just added. Every state is different on holographic wills. Of course someone must execute the will so that takes fees while joint ownership is simple.

I would cash out in your case but I'm not in the same situation so I am doing what you want to. I opened this because it mentioned reverse mortgages. Most of my assets (1.6mil) are tied up in my house but it's also got 3 rentals earning me an easy $8000/mo plus my place free so I'm sort of in golden handcuffs. My cousin just put her beach house in the Keys up for sale for $700K and it's tempting but yep......golden handcuffs. I did take a small (200K) reverse mortgage but that was silly and I wouldn't necessarily advise one. One of my partners for 2 years is a 35 yr old single dad of two and I've assumed I'd leave it so he gets everything. He knows this but lately he's become a born-again-heterosexual with a rich gf. I've got a 25 yr old visa-problem immigrant too now so things may change. Wills in your own handwriting with two witnesses are fairly easy to work up and change as circumstances change. And one constant you can depend on in life is change.

Hooters is a step below Motel 6. As a matter of fact there's a gigantic Motel 6 by Hooters that is much nicer. Hooters is much like a typical truck-stop motel. Just an oozing of cheapness. I prefer my guys that way, not my hotels. No experience with the Luxor. The Hard Rock really is 4.5 stars, $39+, across from gay motels, 1 block to Piranha, THE gay bar with strippers, the Grove, the best pot store, etc. Plus you can self-park for free in the Paradise Garage and the Paradise Tower is extremely nice. IF you must stay on the Strip the only valid reason is the fountains and the view of them is just as good from several hotels, not just Bellagio. (not Paris-obstructions). Planet Hollywood is very cheap and just had a fantastic reno. Give a $20 tip at check in and get a fountain-view room--amazing rooms and view. Be aware that at Strip hotels you and your car will be at a huge distance. Valet parking is a must, even if not required. Also understand cheap hotel rates disappear on weekends when LA moves to LV. $40 rooms at Hard Rock or Planet Hollywood become $400. There's a whole other topic on cheap-on-weekends LV hotels.

I can tell you Hooters is awful.

Luggage: Duffle Bag or Suitcase for short trips?
+ tassojunior replied to Doe Be Doe's topic in The Lounge
There are some 4-wheel spinner carryons that have a cupholder. I could see that. Duffles and backpacks can make getting through crowds hard. Like carrying bags. Many also have wheels though. A lot depends on whether you will be wheeling on rough sidewalks etc....wheels do break a lot. If only in an airport you're fine with a spinner. Costco has some nice Kirkland brand stuff made by Briggs & Riley or Tumi. -

"Personal Items" are always free. That's important today. They can be pretty big so long as they fit under the seat in front of you. The new "thing" in luggage is wheeled cases this "personal item" size. Basic Economy tickets and tickets on low-cost airlines make their profit off huge baggage fees, sometimes more than the ticket. Carry-Ons are usually charged as much or more than checked baggage on the low-fare tickets. Often $100 RT. If you can get a free carry-on and a free personal item you're lucky. 4-wheel spinners are nice because you can lean on them plus put other stuff on them. 2-wheel roll-aboards have sturdier wheels but aren't as easy.
