I've started a new thread on my trip to Zurich and Prague started today. If people think best I can delete it and just add to this Prague thread and include Zurich in the title. Most of the guys working in Zurich live in Prague. Edit....Ive combined the new thread back here to have one complete catalog of Prague.

I added Zurich to the title since most of the guys I'll meet in Zurich will be Czech. 5 days each in Zurich and Prague. My 2nd trip to Zurich ever and my dozenth, at least to Prague. Fortunately Zurich is easy for nonstops from the US and sometimes has cheap tickets to Prague (more later...complicated). Since there's only a couple seasonal nonstops to Prague from the US you may as well stop in Zurich or Barcelona and have some male fun. For this week in Zurich the menu is confusing. Luke Volta is supposed to be there until the 30th so he's prime target. David and Zdenek (Thom Jacobs and Roald Ekberg of Bel Ami) are coming the 4th for a week but I may meet them in Prague on the 3rd. It will be unusual not seeing them every day. Hopefully I can get them to Zurich earlier to stay with me. Otherwise most of the regular Czechs in Zurich are MIA- Dominik, Pavel (Steve Skarsgard of BA, Sexy Phill (not sure BA name). Also Kamil (not sure BA name) is in Prague. Vit, Karel and a couple others are certain repeats in Prague. I've contacted Tomas Selak in Prague but no response yet. My experience is anyone's "best photos" usually doesn't look like them in person, even if not photoshopped. Videos are a lot better and candid photos usually tell the real story. Of course, their worst photos aren't necessarily accurate either. The photo with the beard is a turnoff for me even though I like beards ok.

This house was obviously renovated. The year of the new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc is what matters (and roof of course). Even electrical done fairly recently is often too small for today and it's trouble to upgrade. If it still has lead pipes you're in for a lot of expensive plumbing. Most likely in a house like this all those systems are new. But be sure. ps-My house in DC was built in 1865. All my systems are from 1980 though. My electrical had to be upgraded twice and my HVAC replaced once. Copper plumbing from 1980 is fine.
