My long-time friends (who are nearly 30) arrange and pay their own way over and I have zero to do with anything they do. They have an agent in Zurich who handles all their porn and massage affairs. Underage porn is a much more serious problem for gay men in the US than in Europe and we have to be extremely careful to avoid it online. Even those of us uninterested in it can stumble on it online too easily. That's why the opening legal page was reassuring and why it's absence is noticeable.
-
But once you open it there can be a record you did so, even if you close it right away. In the US that's serious. And, of course with the internet a lot of the European stuff that's illegal underage here, finds it's way into the mainstream of places like PH where the public uploads.
-
I guess from traditional porn people get used to seeing the opening page with the certification (whatever USC that is) but with the deluge of OnlyFans, chat cams, Twitter, and amateur stuff on the net and the many free collector sites like PH, absence of that opening page suddenly in many is a little alarming. The pop-ups are often way too borderline and I never open pop-up ads anyway. But if you use these free sites where people post vids that often don't have the the legal opening page, how can you be safe from not stumbling on a problem one that makes a record that you opened it? I know I'm not overly-cautious here because I've known gay friends who got in a lot of trouble fairly innocently.

I' ve noticed a lot of stuff popping up on the big online porn sites (PH) where too many look to have a chance to be underage. Even worse are a lot of easy-to-roll-over ads that really look too young. A couple times I clicked open Halfway vids and they had no upfront age certification, publisher, etc. Don't all vids have to have that introduction? Is this a trap? Do PH and the others not monitor and how are vids out without age certs. I understand with OnlyFans and amateur vids they don't have them but still... I'm so used to seeing the opening age verification form that the absence of one gets me nervous. My interest is 25-40 yr old muscle guys so it's scarey this is so easy to slip into.

Except for the poor translation I'd swear this was one of the NYC Russian crew.

I had always assumed when I retired I'd move to Ft. Lauderdale. Assumed it was a rule that gay men had to retire to Wilton Manors or Palm Springs. Then I decided to stay in DC. Every winter I'm miserable with colds etc and hate cold weather. Snowbirding would be great !

Can anyone verify if the nice private rooms that Share had upstairs for private "dances" are again in operation? That's all that was on the 2nd floor. My understanding was Share had to have early hours because it didn't have a night license for private booths or something.

I have a friend who visited from the US for the first time last saturday and I was surprised he said it was mostly twinks and few muscle guys. He did meet one Brazilian.

Whenever I pay for a hotel I always use HotelsTonight in a strange town. A lot of the best guys will be from Hells Kitchen so you may as well be close. I stay at the Intercontinental- usually free on points. But even the Skyline is right in the middle of Hell's Kitchen and cheap.

Isn't it just because the Windows 10 update is new and many sites don't recognize it instantly as a browser yet? OP used Safari but has anyone had this on Apple or Android?

I have gotten a message from several sites since I did the Windows 10 recent upgrade. But it goes very fast.

Beware. Border Patrol Searching Phones.

I drove with my same ex another time to Montreal through Vermont and the border booth didn't check his NCIC. It was a tiny booth on an un-busy road. Airports and big busy booths always check NCIC. -

2 things most Americans don't know about entering Canada: 1. You're barred from entering Canada with a record of any crime which is a felony in Canada and DWI is a felony in Canada. My ex and I had to do a u-turn at the Vancouver highway border control because of a DWI he had 15 years ago in Florida, which of course was a traffic citation there. He has to apply to Canada to be "rehabilitated" if he ever wants to visit Canada. This causes a lot of u turns and hard feelings. They will also detain you and send you back at an airport 100%. 2. Canada is the only country that has the US's NCIC FBI database of records, and they use it. Any crime you have on your US record shows up at the Canadian border. So (1) above gets enforced nearly 100%. Driving through small towns like the Vermont border is the only way they often don't check NCIC. And yes, the guys at Campus and Stock are worth the risk driving up. -
How OnlyFans Changed Sex Work Forever...

I wish there were a good comparsion out regarding how much one makes off OnlyFans vs Chaterbate. My experience as a client is OnlyFans rooms are usually $10/mo and there's other things I can get for $10/mo more exciting. But when I'm in chat I often throw $10 of tokens and sometimes more very often on a guy. Less control. -

I think I may move a lot of photo/video stuff to my micro-sd card and remove it before entry and hide it. Also, if stuff is in the cloud it world be harder and possibly illegal for them to search it. Email is mostly in the cloud but there are stories they've searched WhatsApp accounts and social media that would be in the cloud. I wonder if texts and social media can be moved to the micro-sd card? (of course Apple users who don't have sd slots are fucked.) Removing the sim card is a terrible idea. It looks suspicious and doesn't stop accessing stored stuff. -

"Sex workers", even cam models and masseurs, are getting turned back a lot: ""I was at an industry event in Miami where several sex cam models on the Canadian side of the boarder were denied entry into the United States after they had their social media profiles examined, which outed them as cam models. They had to forfeit their tickets and hotel accommodations."" https://thesocietypages.org/cyborgology/2017/11/17/sex-workers-social-media-scrutinized-at-uscanada-border/ -

Yes. Erin Rock explains that “While US citizens will ultimately be allowed to enter, their phones and electronic devices are still subject to search and seizure at the border.” -

Everyone uses Twitter to post teasers to drive traffic. Otherwise, OnlyFans is very 2018. -

That Apple thing was a criminal matter where the court agreed Apple could not be forced to open the phone. Border Patrol is not subject to the law. Unless you're a US citizen you have no rights against Border Patrol, and surprisingly, even citizens' rights are few and they can search citizens' phones at the border. -
Although they are searching citizen's phones also, anyone visiting the US may want to wipe their phone of any not 100% proper social media, texts, etc. U.S. border officials are increasingly denying entry to travelers over others’ social media Travelers are increasingly being denied entry to the United States as border officials hold them accountable for messages, images and video on their devices sent by other people. Even WhatsApp messages and pics are stored on your phone. ""It’s a bizarre set of circumstances that has seen countless number of foreign nationals rejected from the U.S. after friends, family or even strangers send messages, images or videos over social media sites like Facebook and Twitter, and encrypted messaging apps like WhatsApp, which are then downloaded to the traveler’s phone."" http://flip.it/2ngaCl

I'm positive I'd verify. "More" are truthful could mean 51%. 1st time is always a crap shoot. As Bernie said yesterday. "I'm not always grouchy. Some days I'm not grouchy at all. Today is not one of those days." -
I find Hawaii is the place to take someone to. Always seals the deal for me.
