Speaking of the Colombian accent, the last time I was with one he mentioned that he was from Medellin, pronouncing it med-a-jean.

That’s why I’ve never been to a bath house. I only do one-on-ones at my place or at my hotel. I need to control the environment.

I too love Salamanca. When I was in Spain I consciously picked up the Castellano accent, since I learned Spanish from Cuban professors. I love using it in Mexico, to the amusement of its citizens. While not fluent in other languages, I’ve always been a mimic, so I pick up the pronunciation quickly. For instance, when I spent a month in Portugal last fall, I mastered the Portuguese pronunciation in a day or two, although not the grammar!

Don’t forget the use of Gallego in Galicia!

When I was a teenager I consciously tried not to cross my legs since it was perceived to be “gay”. Neither my parents nor any friends or fellow students ever mentioned it. Really, I’m not sure that they even noticed it. The other day, I was sitting across from my new 24 year-old special friend and he made a comment about my sitting posture. I was sitting with my ankles crossed, which I’ve often done. I also had my hands folded in my lap. He told me that these postures were gay. We laughed and I took it as a compliment. Has anyone else thought about this topic? I though I’d introduce a lighthearted topic this morning!

Yes! I don’t think I know anyone who uses it; but a close friend recently mentioned that tons of finance and tech execs are bemoaning its recent “hard to get” status. I’ve only used weed and alcohol. I was always too terrified to try coke or any of the other recreational drugs. To my knowledge, none of my friends or associate use them either. Of course the qualifier is “to my knowledge “.

7-8 makes me feel refreshed in the morning. Under 6 leaves me groggy. I also enjoy a nice afternoon nap. I try to be in bed before 10, sometimes 9.

My parents eloped (father was Episcopalian, mother was RC) and my father hated jewelry and never wore a band. @Unicorn I wore a simple 14k ring for ten years and never experienced any irritation, nor have I ever heard of this condition. It was bought from a close friend’s family store in Greenwich CT. You’re welcome to it if you don’t go platinum.

I go to a high-end place in the neighborhood and generally my tech is a woman. I’m friendly with them and even share books with one. I’m afraid to go to the strip mall places for fear of contracting a staph infection. I don’t care about the gender, just the result.

I can’t say I’ve ever really loved my work, although lucrative,q until I started my own company, which allowed me to retire early and indulge my passions for travel, working out, biking, reading and blogging and investing in a diverse portfolio of assets. I’m very happy and centered now, treasuring friends and family.

I’m similar, although I’ve never hired a masseur for “sensual” purposes, only escorts. I see a certified massage therapist for deep tissue work, though. I’m currently seeing one provider whom I met in early February exclusively, since it’s transitioning into something more off-the-clock and deeper. Of course, I remain my usual level-headed self about this.

Just be open about any fetishes/desires you have before the first meet. I have specific things I like and 90% of the time I have a successful meet-up. I have the ability to broach these things in a light-hearted way, so I don’t come across as creepy. I’m always amazed at how many sessions my little coterie of special friends have avoided because of what they probably perceived as a potential “creep”.
