I usually rise early. First thing is 20 oz of water, then two cups of Italian roast coffee with a little Organic Valley heavy cream while checking up on COM (as I’m doing now) and a few news and architecture sites, followed by a most satisfying trip to the Toto. Several times a week I’ll go for an early 20-30 mile fast bike ride or walk down through the park and do 5 sprints up 141 steps with 20 push-ups after each sprint. Then a shower and and head downstairs to my first-floor office to work for the rest of the morning. A paleo breakfast around 11 am. I do weight training three days per week around 1:00 pm. This morning I have a 5k at 8. As for the bed, I fluff the pillows when I arise and leave the bed unmade for two hours. Like others have stated, I ALWAYS make my bed. Amen.

Lots of discussion in the online fever swamps about spike proteins.

What's considered acceptable medical care in your country?
+ Pensant replied to a topic in Men's Health
Portugal does have excellent healthcare. The old seem to live forever there. With a total fertility rate well below replacement, it is becoming a center of geriatric care, causing some level of discontent among the younger citizens, based on a number of discussions I had there last year. They don’t see much future there outside of the tourist industry. -
I think a morbidly obese person would break mine!

That’s why I installed a Toto washlet a few years ago, although it unnerves some of my guests.

And maybe go on Ozempic?

I see it all the time. We’re becoming semi-literate.

So the Novaxax is not mRNA, but protein-based? I’ll have to research that.

I’m wondering what the total possible number of boosters has been since the introduction of the Covid vaccines in early 2021? 3 or 4?

The stats are highly questionable and the two pics are quite different.

I recall that suggestion being made in prior years.

It’s happened to many of us, including me a few times, one recently. In my case the age gulf was much wider, though. I’ve always looked good for my age and I’m also empathetic and nice, so I must be in the minority of the clients they meet. My advice is to ride the wave as long as it lasts, without setting too many conditions, while being aware that it could be a fleeting affair. In my case it’s usually my concern about the age difference, although it doesn’t seem to matter to them.

Thanks @BobPS I’ll check them out; otherwise it’s highly unlikely that I’ll attend.

Latest scam? Middle aged closeted guys on Grindr.
+ Pensant replied to TorontoDrew's topic in The Lounge
Another reason I never downloaded any of these apps. I read a few years ago that a Chinese company bought Grindr, no doubt with ties to the Chinese Ministry of State Security. Then the US demanded that the Chinese owners sell it back to a US group of investors. I’ll simply hire, thank you! -
You all were wise to check. Looks like no vacancies anywhere. And the prices!

It makes for an obedient partner, although some like a few hard whacks.

Yes, that’s most likely true.

Oh believe me, I do have a riding crop. Comes in handy with bedroom “training”!

While I rode a bit growing up in the country in Bucks County, I still love wearing the boots! I’m an avid road, mountain and gravel cyclist, love walking and hiking, reading and writing. I also do a fair amount of traveling. Lifting three times a week: modified x-fit. The past year I’ve been especially working on my core, and can now pop out five sets of ten toes-to-the bar. I’d love to resume tennis (I’ll need a coach). Any every year I vow to start piano lessons. 2024?

New research shows that moderate unprotected sun exposure is actually healthier. Sun-sourced Vitamin D is reportedly cancer-preventative. I’m an avid cyclist, so I’m often lightly tanned. I’m too antsy to lie in the sun so I don’t ever get too dark. My annual dermatologist visits reveal no cancers thank goodness.
